[ETUDE HOUSE] moonlight in Spoon ~ Blending Sleeping Cream *Evening Primerose*

Not long ago [ETUDE HOUSE] released a new sleeping pack range called the moonlight in Spoon ~ Blending Sleeping Cream. Available is this "overnight" face mask in eight (8) types:
- Blueberry (Antioxidant & Moist)

- Olive (Richly Moist)
- Shea Butter (Nourishing & Moist)

- Royal Jelly (Firm & Moist)
- Rosehip (Bright & Moist)
- Evening Primerose (Shine & Moist)
- Green Tea (Clear & Moist)
- Seaweed (Smooth & Moist)

For now I got Evening Primerose only but would also like to try Green Tea and Seaweed...

Description: This is a Blending Sleeping Cream containing Evening Primerose, Lavender, Chamomile and Mint.
The moonlight in Spoon ~ Blending Sleeping Cream is inside a spoon-like container.
Each spoon contains 6g and is for a single-use only what might make it a rather expensive product - I got 3 of them.
Each type of the sleeping cream comes in another color - Evening Primerose in beige and brown shades. On the back of the packaging is the description in korean as well as in english. The spoon is made of plastic!
How to use this Blending Sleeping Cream?
1. Squeeze paper cover to slightly open up and remove enclosed spoon.
2. Remove sealing cover slowly starting from the end of spoon handle.
3. Break off the spoon from pack container and evenly blend together golden herb water-gel and cream with spoon's smaller end.
4. Pick up blended Sleeping Cream with hands and evenly apply a certain amount onto face. Wear overnight and rinse off with lukewarm water the next day.
You can apply remaining contents onto neck for effective neck care.

Use immediately after opening and do not apply directly onto face with spoon handle!
Sleeping Cream before blending: golden herb water-gel and yellowish white cream.
Sleeping Cream after blending: creamy face mask ready to use.
Till now I tried this product only one time but I kinda like it. I apply the whole pack to my face/neck and wait for a few minutes until it got absorbed and doesn't feel too sticky anymore. The next morning I wash it off - my face feels more soft and less dry.
Evening Primerose is ideal for normal to dry skin but it's also said to be good in treating eczema, acne or rosacea. For oily skin I would recommend to try Green Tea!

Price (for 3): around 6,- €/ US$8
Bought at: eBay (f2plus1)

What I love:
The cute design and the moisturizing effect.

What I don’t like:
Each spoon is for a single-use only what makes it an rather pricey product.

Will I buy this again? I might try out one of the other types!

[Mistine] OIL CONTROL BB MOUSSE

I didn't buy a lot of new BB creams the last months because I wanted to use up the ones I got or tried out CC creams instead. But recently I ordered a few BB creams again and one of these were [Mistine]'s OIL CONTROL BB MOUSSE. I purchased it over eBay from Thailand but the product says it's "Made in Korea".
I've never heard of [Mistine] before but this cosmetic brand seems to be quite popular in Thailand. They sell make-up as well as skin/ body care.

Official Website (Thai): http://www.mistine.co.th/         http://www.mistinecosmetics.com/

As the name already says, this BB Mousse is great for people with oily/ combination skin.

Description: The latest BB Mousse from Korea give the soft touch like silk. Dry comfortable and help to skin coverage and perfect oil control. This formula is combination of Light & Smooth Powder Technology which gives soft feeling, instand fill wrinkle to appear smooth skin and UV Protection with SPF25++.

The OIL CONTROL BB MOUSSE comes inside a white/gold-lettered metallic-purple carton.
On the back is the description written in korean and english.
The included tube with the BB Mousse in it contains 15g, has a twist-of lid and comes in the same color as the carton.
To get the product out you simply need to squeeze the tube!
Since the ingredient list is also written in english I can tell that there are no natural ingredients (fruit, veggie or herbal extracts) in it like you may know from many other Korean BB creams.
Some ingredients inside [Mistine]'s BB MOUSSE are Cyclomethicone, Water, Titanium dioxide, Talc, Dipropylene glycol, Dimethicone, Zinc oxide, Silica, Methicone, Fragrance, Propylparaben and more.
The BB Mousse is available in only one shade which I would describe as a light beige without a strong pinkish undertone. The consistency is creamy yet mousse-like and instantly gives a matte, powdery finish. Many other BB creams leave a glowing/shiny finish but this BB Mousse mattifies without the use of a face powder.
The product is light scented and has a medium coverage!
I have oily skin I really like this product! I belong to those who always use a mattifying face powder over foundation but with the OIL CONTROL BB MOUSSE I could easily skip it. Of course, the oil control doesn't last for hours but still better than many other BB creams I used.

Price: around 6,- €/ US$8
Bought at: eBay (bestforyou2555)

What I love:
The instantly matte finish!!

What I don’t like:
Nothing yet except the fact that there are no natural ingredients inside.

Will I buy this again? Yes, for this price I will!!!

[MIZON] ACENCE TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT

When I look for something that's good for oily or blemished skin I always find 'tea tree oil'. My first tea tree products where from [THE BODY SHOP] and now I use [MIZON]'s ACENCE TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT. It's a anti-blemish spot treatment and belongs to the ACENCE A.C CARE product line:
- MARK-X BLEMISH AFTER CREAM
- TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT

There is also the ACENCE TROUBLE CLINIC line which consists of the following products:
- ANTI BLEMISH FOAM CLEANSER
- DERMA CLEARING TONER
- SEBUM CONTROL EMULSION
- BLEMISH SPOT SOLUTION SERUM
- BLEMISH CONTROL SOOTHING GEL CREAM
- BLEMISH OUT PINK SPOT

Actually, I also ordered the BLEMISH CONTROL SOOTHING GEL CREAM but I never received this order and the seller reshiped the wrong products. Will purchase it again for sure!

Description: A fast acting spot treatment that minimizes acne breakouts and promotes immediate healing of blemishes. High performance ingredients, such as tea tree oil is used as a strong antiseptic to kill acne related bacteria. Its anti-inflammatory benefits help to promote healing while soothing and reducing redness.

The TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT came sealed in a clear plastic container and included an extra note with the description in english and korean on it.
The product itself comes inside a white, long plastic tube and has a twist-off lid made of thick paper. The tube contains 15ml.

Beside the main ingredient Tea Tree Leaf Oil & Extract (15%), it also contains Propolis, Salicylic Acid, Goldthread Extract, Witch Hazel Leaf Water, Lemon Extract, Allantoin, Cluster Pine Tree Peel, Cordyceps militaris and Ivy.
It's free of
Artificial Fragrance, Talc, Artificial Colors, Animal Oil, and Paraben.
I guess everybody knows that touching blemishes with your fingers might make it more worst. This treatment is colorless and has the typical tea tree scent. When drying the watery gel creates a thin film to protect skin from external stimulation and bacteria. It also can control excessive sebum!
After a while you can peel-off the film or wait until it falls off naturally.
You can't expect getting rid of acne or blemishes just by using this tea tree treatment. It helps to reduce the size of pimples without drying out the skin, though.
How to use: Apply on skin blemishes and pat lightly.
After time passes, when a thin film is created, remove it or let it fall off naturally.

Price: around 8,- €/ US$10
Bought at: eBay (f2plus1)

What I love:
It dries fast and reduces blemishes without drying my skin out.

What I don’t like:
Nothing yet!

Will I buy this again? Not sure yet!

[innisfree] green persimmon pore special kit

Sometimes I see an interesting product and don't dare to buy it because of its high price. In this case I'm always happy when I can get samples like the green persimmon pore special kit from [innisfree].
This skincare line is particularly suitable for people with enlarged pores and consists of the following products:

- pore toner
- pore pad
- pore essence
- pore pack&cream

The special kit contains the products in smaller sizes - the pads are not included in this kit, though.
The samples come inside a small paper box and the whole line is kept in turquoise and white colors. The special kit has no english description while I'm sure the full sizes got it.
pore toner (15ml):
This toner, formulated with pure Jeju green persimmon extracts, helps manage pores while the ethanol-free formula softly refines your skin texture.

pore essence (10ml):
This essence, formulated with pure Jeju green persimmon extracts, helps manage pores while the moisture popping essence gently enwraps your skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth.

pore pack&cream (5ml):
This pack & cream, formulated with pure Jeju green persimmon extracts, helps manage pores while the 'Pore Re-Forming Technology' builds up a pore tightening barrier, leaving your skin feeling smooth and sleek.
All products have a very nice scent, kinda fruity and yet citrus-like.

The toner is colorless and leaves a refreshing and cooling feeling on my skin.
Apply it with a cotton pad after washing your face.

The pore essence has a watery consistency and a whitish color. It moisturizes my skin, slightly tightens my pores and mattyfies my skin.
Just apply it right after the toner!

The pack&cream is a 2-in-1 product: it can be used as a face cream or as sleeping pack.
When using the white gel-cream as face cream just apply an appropriate amount to your face (especially on areas with enlarged pores).
As sleeping pack, apply the product to your whole face before going to sleep and wash it off the next morning.
Since I have only the special kit I can't tell if these products really improve ones skin texture.
I like the toner because of its cooling effect and the essence/ cream makes my pores smaller looking and my skin less shiny.

Price (sample kit): around 4,50,- €/ US$6

Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
The cooling effect of the toner and the matte finish of the essence. The scent is also quite nice!
What I don’t like:
Nothing yet!

Will I buy this again? Might consider of getting the toner as full size (US$17).

[ETUDE HOUSE] Eraser Show Cleansing Serum

The last cleansing cream I used was [i.myss]'s AQUA MARINE SOFT CLEANSING CREAM. It was a good make-up remover and didn't dry out my skin. It came in a 200ml tube and contains deep sea water and marine collagen.
From [i.myss]'s AQUA MARINE line is also a CLEANSING FOAM and MILD CLEANSING OIL available .

A while ago [ETUDE HOUSE] also released a make-up remover line: Eraser Show. The following products belong to this product range:
- Eye Remover Tissues
- Cleansing Serum

- Line Remover Stick
- Mascara Cleaner
- Remover Bar

I wanted a make-up remover for the whole face and so I got the Eraser Show Cleansing Serum.

Description: Infused with Argan Oil and Aloe Vera Leaf extract, this serum-like cleanser soothes and moisturizes skin while melting away all makeup, including eye makeup, leaving skin soft, and feeling refreshed and clean.

The cleanser comes in a flat tube which is kept in white, blue and pink colors.
It has a twist-off lid and contains 75ml.
On the back you can find the description in korean as well as in english.
The main ingredients are Argan Oil and Aloe Vera. Both ingredients take care of your eye lashes and keep your skin smooth.

The cleansing serum has a white color and its consistency is not as creamy as cleansing creams. It comes with a soft scent and the tube makes it very easy to squeeze out a proper amount. I like those tubes more than cleansing creams in a jar.
 From top to bottom:
BB cream, eyeshadow, blush, liquid eyeliner, eyeliner pencil, mascara, lipstick, lip gloss
Applying the cleansing serum on dry skin (pic above) and massage it onto my skin (pic below).
After massaging it onto my skin I can still see the liquid eyeliner and lip gloss (pic above) but after removing the residues with a tissue everything was gone (pic below).
[ETUDE HOUSE]'s Eraser Show Cleansing Serum removes my make-up quite well, even eye make-up. It takes a bit longer to remove eye make-up but at the end it was gone, too.
I never remove residues with a tissue, though. I wash it off with warm water and cleanse my face with a cleansing foam.
75ml might not last for a long time (for me) since I tend to use too much product to make sure all make-up is gone.
How to use: Massage onto dry skin, including eye area. Rinse well with warm water.

Price: around 9,- €/ US$11
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
It removes make-up quite well and has a soft scent.

What I don’t like:
The tube doesn't contain a lot of product... wish it would be bigger.

Will I buy this again? No, I will get another cleansing cream or oil.
